Our Magento maintenance plans ensure that your Magento site remains secure and up to date, including installing security patches and verifying website compatibility.

Our plans include:

• Magento core updates, which typically occur 3 to four times per year

We typically update your extensions 3 to 4 times per year, aligning with Magento’s core updates. Before we update your extensions, we will check to ensure compatibility with your Magento version. We will also inform you before beginning any updates.

We will inform you in advance when a new Magento version is available so we can coordinate a scheduled update.

Your Sage 2025 upgrade and E-Link updates should be carefully coordinated with Magento to ensure compatibility. We offer separate maintenance plans for both Sage and E-Link. If you are thinking of upgrading, we recommend scheduling a discussion with our team to plan accordingly. 

You retain complete control over the updating process, including which updates are applied and the timing of updates. We strongly recommend keeping your site updated to avoid security vulnerabilities and performance issues. In addition, we will always notify you before applying updates, which gives you the opportunity to approve or postpone changes. 

We provide regular reports outlining which updates have been applied, as well as any security patches and maintenance activities.

If you need new customizations or major changes to your Magento website, we will scope out these requests as a custom development project. Additional customizations may affect your monthly maintenance fee, which we will discuss with you as part of the scoping process. 

Adding new extensions is not covered under our maintenance plan. We will bill installation and setup for new extensions as additional Time & Materials (T&M) costs, subject to your approval.

For extensions that have already been installed, we will add an additional $10-$15 per extension, depending on complexity.
