Immediate Fix Available for Sage X3 Security Risk

Users of Sage X3, Sage X3 Warehousing, and Sage X3 HR & Payroll should be aware that Sage has released an immediate fix for a recently identified Sage X3 security risk. This security risk is related to a platform component and should not affect Sage X3 application code or any customizations.

Sage has made the security patch available to all customers still within life cycle support across all the usual support channels, including Sage City. This patch is available for immediate implementation.

CertiPro recommends that all Sage X3 customers apply this important product update at the earliest opportunity. For companies using the on a Sage X3 cloud environment, Sage will schedule applying this patch to your folder. The Sage X3 security fix will thus be applied automatically and you will not need to take any further action.

If your company is not on a Sage Cloud environment, you will need to apply the patch yourselves or your implementation partner can apply the security patch for you. The install will take approximately four hours.
